Dilshad meets Sehar and announces to her that Sanam is her twin sister. She goes on to narrate the entire story about how Tanveer had killed her parents and how Dilshad had managed to escape with her and Sanam. Meanwhile, Sanam manages to snatch a gun from one of the men and almost escapes them but one of the goons appears from behind and points out his gun at her. Sehar on the other hand refuses to believe Dilshad and considers this to be a well scripted story by Dilshad. Dilshad continues with her attempts to make Sehar believe that she is infact her real grandmother and her entire story is true. Meanwhile, Sanam is being injected with a heavy dose of medicine to keep her unconscious. On the other hand, Sehar finally starts to believe Dilshad and the two of them hug each other. Qubool Hai is a Muslim Social Drama in the Rom Com zone. It is the story of two families related by blood and yet distanced by circumstances.
