Sehar decides to herself go to Sanam and save her life. Just when she is about to leave the house, Rehaan stops her and assuming that she is Sanam, he tells her that he has decided to give another chance to his love. Meanwhile, Haya and Raahat get ready for their date, but Haya gets confused when Raahat does not arrive for the date. Faiz later comes to Haya and takes her along with him to show her the true side of Raahat. Haya gets shocked to find Raahat sleeping with another woman and she fails to realize that it was a plan set up by none other than Faiz. Meanwhile, Rehaan tells Aahil about his love for a girl and also tells him that she looks exactly like Sanam.
