Sheetal tries to comfort and console Darpan but Meethi Maa behaves extremely rude with Darpan and calls her an orphan. Darpan innocently asks the meaning of orphan to Sheetal but Sheetal does not give her an answer. Meanwhile, Raghav, Pinki and their brother are eager to create hell for Darpan whom they consider their enemy. Sheetal tries to talk to them but the children seem to be in no mood to listen to her. Later, VIshwas Rao slaps Meethi Maa when he hears her speaking against Darpan. He reminds her that Darpan is his daughter and asks her to learn to love her. Meanwhile, Darpan starts to miss her brother and just then Ganesh arrives at the house. Meethi Maa stops him and lies to him that Darpan had gone to the jungles in search of him.
