While
Saleem seems busy spending time with his friends, Akbar starts to have
his meal with Navratn and others. Jodha, who is eager to bring Saleem
and Akbar closer, urge Saleem to have his meal with his father and other
important members of ther kingdom, but Saleem does not show any
interest and instead decides to have his food with his friends. Akbar
too lets his son do what makes him happy and does not force him. After
his meal, Saleem goes on a ride with his friend Farhaan and after
straying too deep into the open grounds, Saleem's horse suddenly loses
control. While Saleem tries to handle his horse, Nadira - who is now
refered to as Anarkali- falls into a puddle. Saleem immediately picks up
Anarkali and cleans her up and stands mesmerised seeing her beauty.
