While Ishaan is busy celebrating Christmas with Shaurya, a courier arrives for Urmi. Ishaan opens the courier and finds the court's notice that has the next date for the case hearing. Urmi stands stunned when she recognizes the date to be the same as the date of her marriage anniversary. Meanwhile, Radha is admant about meeting Urmi and discussing Samrat's case with her. Later, Shaurya and his friends eagerly wait for Santa Claus to arrive. After a long wait, Ishaan reaches the house dressed as Santa. While the fun and celebration reach its peak, Radha makes a sudden entry, and Urmi and Ishaan get surprised to see her. While Shaurya is eagerly waiting for Santa Clause to arrive and fulfil all his wishes, his father, Samrat is ready to bribe the judge and win the custody of his son. Meanwhile, Radha is waiting for Samrat to arrive and seeing him arriving late, she enquires about the matter with him. Samrat begins to scold Radha and hearing him Radha begins to cry through out the night and goes on till the next day. Later, Urmi speaks to Anu and asks her to forget about the mms and tells her that Ishaan wants her to get married. Samrat's lawyer tries to prove in the court that Urmi is a characterless woman who had made Aditi's mms. He goes on to give the c.d to the judge to see the mms, but Samrat stops the judge from seeing the mms. The judge scolds Samrat and starts the c.d. To the surprise of everybody present in the court, the c.d turns out to be that of Bhajans and the judge warns Niranjan and Samrat and also asks them to pay a fine for wasting the court's time. Samrat's mother Sashi gets this news and begins celebrating her son's defeat. She now seems to have lost all fear of her son and even asks her daughter-in-law to cook special food for her. Later, Urmi and Ishaan go to a woman named Nidhi and ask her to trap Samrat and help them prove that he is a characterless man.
